Returns & Exchanges

  • All unused or defective merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the receipt of the shipment. Returned items must be in suitable condition for resale with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Used items are protected by the manufacturer's warranty policy. Send email to returns@gearlabs.com for manufacturer's contact information.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise you will be credited the cost of the item(s). Original shipping charges will not be included in the credit. Please allow 14 - 30 days from the time of shipping for the credit to be processed. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please use our order number or your Amazon.com order number as the RMA #.

To make a return or exchange by mail:

  1. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
    • Name
    • Member or customer number
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • Reason for the return(s)

  2. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund or a bankcard credit.

  3. Insure the package for your protection and return to:

    • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
    • Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • For your protection, we recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
    • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
